By using PIC, the cardholder agrees to all terms and conditions under which it is issued:

The Account holder is responsible if the card is lost, stolen, hacked
or underwent any sort of privacy.

The Account holder cannot return the card when the scratch area is uncovered and/or the card is unsealed.

The card is not valid if the scratch area has been tampered with.

The card is not refundable.

The cardholder must destroy the card before throwing it away.
